Central boutique with great breakfast

The location and design in the room. The breakfast was excellent so full point for it. Friendly staff and water in the room. Quiet despite behind very central. Very comfortable bed.

A little bit too much visibility to the bathroom for our taste. The room is perfect but it would have been so great to have 4 hooks in the entrance to hang our jackets / other clothes as the closet was liw we coukd not hang them there.

Lovely boutique hotel , great location not far from a metro station. The breakfast was amazing, enjoyed be able to have complimentary tea ,coffee & cake when you got back after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this place & would stay here again.

Very Good

Location is very central. Hotel clean and modern Staff friendly. Decent breakfast including croissants, pancakes, bread rolls, ham, cheese, tomato, jams, honey etc, scrambled egg, fruit salad and fruit juices. Don't expect full English. Large comfortable bed. Great view from balcony Shower hot and powerful at all times

Very good location, very nice hotel. Very friendly staff but services to improve

Location is perfect, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice.

1- breakfast is limited to 8:00 am till 11:00 am. We had plans for a day trip outside lisbon. The staff offered to have coffee and a part of what would be ready from the buffet at 7:30 but not before. 2- no room service at 9:00 PM.

the location is great, close to the metro and the famous attractions, you can easily find delicious restaurants nearby. The service is also wonderful, we enjoyed our days in Lisbon.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The location of this hotel is central to the city, with so much to see and do. The staff are kind and accommodating, doing everything possible to make you feel welcome and at home. It is a beautifully appointed space where ypu can either have the quiet and privacy you'd like, or open the balcony door to the street below to see and hear the life of the city day and night.

Great location and a good breakfast!

The location is amazing. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good! The woman in charge of breakfast was awesome!! The manager was very helpful when we needed to confirm our Fado reservation.

The bathroom didn’t seem clean because everything is black and there was a lot of what we can only assume is calcium stain.

Ferraria’s location was so central that we really enjoyed our short stay in Lisbon.

Staff were very friendly & accommodating. The decor of the hotel was modern and classy. The complimentary breakfast buffet was ample with plenty of choices. Location was very central to shops & restaurants.

Not much USB charger to plug in phones and towel rack in bathroom wasn’t sufficient either.

Perfect spot to unwind after a long day in the streets of Lisbon.

The Property was beautiful small and cozy but different. Breakfast was lovely and delicious! The room you have breakfast in is so different seeing the glass walls in a basement is something else. The room was perfect the shower was amazing and of course we didn’t pull back the curtain until the last day and found a whole little sitting area. ????

The bathroom could use a bit more lighting but overall an amazing bathroom shower water pressure was 10/10

Excellent - LOVED this hotel and the service

Absolutely loved staying there. Upon arrival a cleaner opened the main door for me and Lilly from the front desk made me feel so welcome! She accommodated my request of a late check out right away. My room was extraordinarily beautiful and clean! When asking for the iron, it was brought to my room within a few minutes. Breakfast was great and is taken in shifts, so that it's not too crowded. they have a living room with a nespresso machine and free custard pie or cake all day. Location: right in the centre, 250m from a metro station

these points could be improved, but would still not keep me from staying here the next time: - hairdryer was so week, I coulnd't dry my hair - fan of the bathroom was on 24/7 - noise from the room next door was clearly audible - and only 2 power plugs in the room, nowhere near the sofa or bed (bed had USB inputs, but these are old - apple products don't use USB anymore) - bathroom light was not suitable for putting on make up

Very nice hotel in a great location. Only disadvantage is the breakfast.

The hotel is cozy, not very big but with more authentic look & feel. The location is just perfect, in the very heart of the city center, walking distance 1 min from the main street. Even though can be loud outside, once you close the windows, you don't hear the noise anymore. The staff is also amazing, very kind and approachable. The room itself is very modern, with great design, comfortable, with amazing details such as little bottle of wine. Very positive impression on the hotel.

The breakfast place is very small and the breakfast overall is quite modest. The variety of food offered is very limited. On top, as the breakfast room is not big enough, it is quite uncomfortable to walk around and try to get more food. The napkins are made of some polyester material which is not hygienic to be used.
